UPVC SWR Drainage Fittings standards

STANDARDS

UPVC pipes and fittings are manufactured as per the following standards.

Above Ground : BS EN 1329-1 : 2000
This standard supercedes BS 4514 : 1993 and BS 5255 : 1989.
Below Ground : BS EN 1401-1 : 1998
This standard supercedes BS 4660 : 1989 and BS 5481.

The pipes are supplied as follows:

1 1/4” (36mm), 1 1/2” (43mm) & 2” (56mm) pipes are supplied with plain ends.
3” (82mm), 4” (110mm), 6” (160mm) & 8” (200mm) pipes are supplied with solvent cement socket or rubber ring socket.

KG PVC-U

Material: Polyvinyl chloride plasticized stabilized with calcium-zinc – RAL 8023 orange/brown.

Dimensions: DN 110 up to DN 500.

Working pressure: non pressure gravity system with push fit connection.

Applications: PVC-U pipes and fittings for underground drainage in ring stiffness SN4 and solid wall pipes in Sn8.

Advantages: High degree of strength, elastic response, long-term stability, chemical and abrasion resistance, life time up to 100 years, quick installation, highly costs effective, ecological stabilizer calcium-zinc – better for health and safety reason compared to other solutions like lead, chemical resistance from pH2 up to pH12.

UPVC SWR Drainage Fittings Skolan DB

SKOLAN DB

Material: Polypropylene mineral-reinforced – PP RAL 7035 light grey color.

Requirements: Skolan db is manufactured according to Z-42.1-217 DIN EN 1451-1 in association with DIN 19560-10 and meeting the sound-absorption requirements as per DIN 4109.

Dimensions/type: DN 50 up to DN 200.

Working pressure: non pressure gravity system with push-fit connection.

Applications: Soundproof in-house drainage and waste water system that is meeting the applications of installations and dimensioning according to DIN EN 12056 and 1986-100.

Advantages: Skolan dB stops noise = wall thickness = quietness = comfort of living, Fraunhofer certified as soundproof 20dB without a special clamp at 4l/s according to DIN 4109 and VDI 4100, classified as class B2 flame resistant, resistant to chemicals in the range of pH2 up to pH12, corrosion-proof, easy to install, Constant quality checks, increases the property value, for use in all areas of building construction, excellent mechanical and acoustic properties, quick installation, ecological raw material

UPVC SWR Drainage Fittings HT-PP

HT-PP

Material: Polypropylene highly heat stabilized – PP RAL 7037 dust grey color.

Requirements: Magnaplast HT-PP pipes and fittings are meeting the requirements according to DIN EN 1451, DIN 19560-10 and DIN 8078.

Dimensions/type: DN32 up to DN160.

Working pressure: non pressure gravity system with push-fit connection.

Applications: In-house pipe system with flame retarder and highly heat stabilized, soundproof 26dB acc. EN 14366, meeting the applications of installations and dimensioning according to DIN EN 12056 and 1986-100.

Advantages: corrosion-proof, easy to install, constant quality checks, increases the property value, for use in all areas of building construction, excellent mechanical and acoustic properties – tested as sound absorbing with 26db according to EN 14366, quick installation, flame resistant class B1 based on DIN 4102, ecological raw material – no chemical fumes in case of a fire, resistant to chemicals in the range of pH2 up to pH12

KG 2000

Material: Polypropylene (PP), mineral-reinforced – Spring green RAL 6017.

Requirements: KG2000 pipes and fittings are manufactured according to DIN EN 14758

Dimensions: DN 110 up to DN 500.

Working pressure: non pressure gravity system with push fit connection

Applications: underground sewers and waste water pipes. The pipes are resistant to normal waste water (pH 2 – pH 12). In special cases the chemical resistance can be seen on the supplementary sheet no. 1 of DIN 8078.

Advantages: Stability under extreme conditions, patented gaskets, high impact resistance, easy to install, massive wall technology with a high ring stiffness SN10, higher temperqture, chemical resistance from pH2 up to pH12.
