PP-R

Material: PP-R Polypropylene-Random Copolymerized – RAL 6017 may green.

Requirements: PP-R pipe systems fulfill the requirements of DIN EN ISO 1874 and DIN 8077/8078 Group 4 plastic pipe systems for cold and warm water installations.

Dimensions/type: d16 up to d500. Working pressure:

  • Cold water 20°C up to 20 bar
  • Hot water 70°C up to 10 bar
  • Heater 70°C up to 3 bar

Applications: Drinking water, warm water, heating, biogas plants, sanitary applications.

Advantages: All our fittings are fully injection molded and therefore without any weakening factors. Compared to fabricated or segmented items (weakening factors ISO 4427-3:2007). Offering the technically correct solution. “Elbow“ instead of “bend” is another proof for high quality “Made in Germany”. Approved in most countries all over the world including the USA.

PP-RCT

Material: PP-R Polypropylene-Random Crystalline structure temperature resistance – RAL 6024 traffic green.

Requirements: PP-RCT – the new generation crystalline structure (β nucleate) is meeting the requirements of ISO 1043-1, DIN 8077/8078 Group 4, EN ISO 15874.

Dimensions/type: d16 up to d500. Working pressure with a reduced wall thickness compared to PP-R:

  • Cold water 20°C up to 20 bar
  • Hot water 70°C up to 10 bar
  • Heater 70°C up to 3 bar

Applications: Systems for sanitary installations, hot and cold water, heating plants, systems for use of storm water, apparatus and plant construction, floor heating, greenhouses, shipbuilding, water treatment, compressed air lines, cooling towers and many other.

Advantages: The excellent corrosion resistance guarantees a long-lasting service life of installation lines in the building services without any fear of some line damage. Higher pressure resistance at higher temperatures compared to PP-R, reduced.
